IMPORTANT: Purchased items can be put on hold for maximum of 7 days from the date of purchase. Any items not picked up after 7 days without communication will be automatically cancelled and refunded for 85%.

Shipping
Shipping is available nationwide. Due to unpredictable weather in fall and winter season, we only do overnight shipping. Heat pack and insulation are included in our shipping rates.
If you qualify for our free shipping promo, insulation and heat pack are already included.
Shipping day will either be Monday or Tuesday.
Live Plant Arrival Guarantee
If your plant is DEAD UPON ARRIVAL, send us a photo and we will gladly refund or replace it for you. Failure to communicate issues within 24 hours after your package was delivered may forfeit this guarantee.
If your plant has a leaf damage due to heat or cold (but not dead), we can give you a partial refund, discount or credit. Value will be according to the extent of the damage.
Minor plant damages due to improper handling by the courier is inevitable and it is not covered.
Please Note: Damages after a few days due to neglect, overwatering, transplanting, and other reasons will not be covered.
International Order - IS CLOSED FOR THE COLD SEASON
For international orders (US), shipping date will depend upon the issuance of Phytosanitary Certificate after inspection by CFIA. Customer will be updated on the progress and notified for the date of shipping.
Refund/Exchange/Cancellation
All sales on live plants are final. No exchange or returns are allowed after pick up or shipping.
Refunds for cancelled purchase will be charged 10% of the total invoice amount. This applies for restocking, system processing and cancellation fees.
Questions and concerns regarding your plants when received must be communicated within 24 hours with attached photos. All shipments will be packed carefully and securely. Seller shall not be responsible for damages due to shipping issues or delays.
What you need to know about your newly acquired plant
Your new plants are pretty young in their pots. If you are planning to transplant or repot, please do it after a month or so. Let them adjust to your environment first (Optimum growth is achieved by not disturbing the roots and letting them grow in the pots they came with).
Adjusting to a new environment takes energy and you do not want to stress them while at this stage.
They are already acclimated to house conditions but we understand yours can be different. They have been growing at 23˚ C (73.4˚ F), 50-60% humidity and ideal light conditions.
Curling or droopy leaves, brown tips, bleaching indicates that there is a drastic change in environmental conditions. Please monitor and adjust accordingly.
